Evergrande Real Estate Group (Guangzhou Evergrande or Evergrande Real Estate Group) was established in 1997 in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China, which is a subsidiary of Evergrande Group and the main body of the Group's real estate business. It is headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.
